Botanica’s Founder, Judy Vanrenen OAM, has now written three superbly produced coffee table books, especially for Botanica guests. Over the Garden Fence completes the trilogy that began with Beyond the Garden Gate followed by Along the Garden Path. In each book, Judy takes her readers on a fascinating journey that showcases the amazing people, places and plants from around the world that have played a role in her remarkable life. The books are gloriously illustrated with hundreds of spectacular images, many taken by Judy herself. Beyond the Garden Gate
In Beyond the Garden Gate, Judy tells her fascinating life story, describing her passion for her ever-evolving western Victorian country garden, Wiltshire and the amazing people, places, gardens and plants from both here in Australia and around the world, that have all become part of the Botanica story.
Along the Garden Path
In Judy’s second book, she expands on her fascinating life story, recounting worldwide botanical journeys, exploring private gardens and sharing stories from behind the scenes. The avid gardener describes her love of useful plants, the challenges and rewards of maintaining her country garden in western Victoria, as well as her easy care garden on the coast.
Over the Garden Fence
In her third book, Judy Vanrenen continues to share her travel, horticultural and farming adventures with her readers, completing a publishing trilogy. Judy’s life-long love of gardening and plants keeps her connected to nature and her joy at being able to take guests to places they would not have access to if they travelled on their own.
